I honestly don’t know how anyone could leave this pharmacy a bad review! Their service is always a 10/10. Their setup makes communication super easy - the app is great! You can live chat; order prescriptions and even set medication reminders. The robot collection service is so convenient too. I called up today with a suspected ear infection and was seen within the hour, and prescribed medication. The service was just so lovely and very informative too. Bernie and her team go above and beyond to help those in need.
Bernie has opened up her chemist to triage me on Boxing Day before, as I was so uncomfortable. Which was immensely kind of her, especially coming away from family to help ease my suffering.
As for treatment of my girls, she couldn't be better. Fitting them both in to triage to save a second trip. Reassuring them, using the latest technology and explaining and showing us how it works.
I also find the Robots very helpful, especially when I'm working outside the hours of the chemist open hours.
Honestly, my girls and I would not use any other Chemist because Bernie and her team provide a first class service. Cannot rate them highly enough.

This is an excellent pharmacy, both for prescriptions and PCR tests. The team work very efficiently and I tend to be in and out in no time.

I have visited twice recently initially for advice but after a quick examination I was given antibiotics.  The service is fantastic and the staff are all very welcoming and supportive which is very comforting in these difficult times. Get my meds thru the cms system.  No notice by this chemist why it is late. Phoned two days in a row nobody answered.  Went down Tuesday told the medication was due Saturday past. This is important meds poor organisation poor communication  lack of care. Asked to wait for ten minutes went back not ready went away again then told I would have to come back the meds were not complete. Couldn't give this pharmacy near five-star as this has been happening for longer than I care to remember. All bets are off I will get a good service. Petrol ain't cheap.
